The office advises construction transactions of considerable scope, both to private individuals as well as coordination and handling of contractor projects, commencing from the initiation stage and entering into contractual engagements to purchase the land, advice to the outline scheme and the procedures to approve it with the various planning authorities, including the Israel Land Authority (including the transfer of rights, capitalization, extension of lease, rescission of lease, regulation of registrations), the Land Registry Office (including advice and proceedings with the Land Registrar (Tabu) and with the Supervisor of Registration of Condominiums), proceedings with housing corporations, the local authority, the planning and building institutions and so forth, up to handling bank financing for projects, advice and handling of mortgages at all stages, drafting contractual engagements for sale and purchase of apartments and assets (sale agreements), transfer of rights and registration, parcellation, registration and transfer of exclusive use common property, registration of a condominium in the registration of a condominiums, and representation in tax law with the various tax authorities, national (appreciation tax, sales tax, property tax, purchase tax, income tax, value added tax) as well as local (city rates, betterment levy, development levy and so forth) and in all matters of land taxation.
