The office had many years of experience in representation of land owners in combination transactions and execution transactions, commencing from the stage of promotion of plans in the land and its betterment, regulation of the relationships between the land owners, representation of the owners with the entrepreneurs, handling all taxation and betterment levy aspects in connection with the transaction, handling obtaining the collateral and regulation of the relationship with the financing bank, advice to accepting the units and even handling their sale to third parties. In this manner, our office represented large groups of land owners in combination transactions and execution transactions throughout Israel.
